B – Buyer’s Agent

That’s me! 🙋‍♀️ A buyer’s agent represents you, the buyer. I help you find the right home, negotiate the best price, and walk you through all the crazy paperwork. I’m like a real estate doula… but with less crying. (Usually.)

C – Closing

Ahhh, the sweet, sweet finish line. “Closing” is when the ownership of the home officially transfers from the seller to the buyer. It’s a lot of signatures, a lot of smiles, and sometimes happy tears—and yes, I bring cookies. 🍪💼

D – Down Payment

This is the upfront money you put toward buying a home. The bigger the down payment, the smaller the loan. Kind of like when you buy in bulk—more up front, more savings long-term. #HomesteadLogic

E – Escrow

Sounds fancy, huh? Escrow is just a neutral third party that holds onto money or documents until all the conditions of the sale are met. It’s like putting the cookies in the jar until everyone has washed their hands. (I’m watching you, toddlers.)

F – Fixed-Rate Mortgage

Predictable. Dependable. Old-school—just the way I like it. This means your interest rate stays the same for the life of the loan. No surprises here, honey.
